Meghan Markle and Prince Harry never quite do things the traditional way, and it seems that'll be the route when it comes to raising a child. Originally, it was rumored that the couple wouldn't hire a nanny to look after Baby Archie-Markle's mother Doria Ragland would be helping out, it seemed. However, Harper's Bazaar now says that the Duke and Duchess have found some outside help, only it'll be at a limited scale.

Most royal nannies have typically been live-in staff members; Kate Middleton and Prince William brought in Maria Borrallo to assist with their children back in 2014. However, Baby Archie's nanny won't be permanently based in Frogmore Cottage and she'll only work on weekdays, according to reports. There are rumors that she'll also come on certain international royal engagements, such as the Duke and Duchess' upcoming trip to Africa in October that might include Baby Archie.

Still, the details are staying under wraps-something that makes sense, given how private Markle and Prince Harry are when it comes to their kid. Royal reporter Omid Scobie said that the couple is "hoping to keep personal details of the new staff member private," and that the only things we know so far is that the new nanny is female and British. She's also signed an extensive non-disclosure form, promising to keep things under the radar.

"I've heard from very reliable sources that the new nanny who has been appointed by the Sussexes has had to sign quite an extensive non-disclosure agreement," royal expert Katie Nicholl told Entertainment Tonight.

Still, royal nannies can never stay a secret too long, since they have to be on hand for public events. Borrallo, who was at Trooping the Colour earlier this month, attended the prestigious Norland College and has trained in everything from child development to escaping terrorists and kidnappers. It's likely the Sussex nanny will also have some pretty intense qualifications.
